The date time used by the Global Positioning System (GPS) is normally expressed as a week number and a seconds-of-week.
This software can convert the GPS week-seconds format into the equivalent local date time and UTC date time, and vice-versa.
Note：
Because this software calculates GPS time from system time, it does not use GPS chip time.
