When you want to stay at a hotel or use a restaurant, you can easily access and deposit the reservation page from the app anytime and anywhere.

*Rank Up Conditions
Not only points earned during the year, but also the number of nights spent at the hotel are eligible for rank advancement. If you meet the conditions, you can upgrade your rank from "Member" to "Platinum" at once.
Member: 1% of points (0pt~/year, 0 nights~/year)
Gold: 2% points (3,000 pt~/year or 5 nights~/year)
Platinum: 5% points (10,000 pts~/year or 25 nights~/year)

*About Points
GRANVISTA Points can be earned by staying at our hotels and restaurants, and can be used from 1 point = 1 yen. Points expire at the end of the 24th month after the last day points were granted or used.
