Grays Rescue Building Management (GRBM) is a boutique building management company who specialises in Rescue Building Management.
The business mission of GRBM is to work with Australian residential buildings that have been neglected by unskilled building management and provide an overhaul checkup and ongoing qualified Building Management to protect your investment.
Our app is designed to allow us to respond quickly to emergency requests, general resident requests and Strata
Committee requests and comments.

Taking Care of All Requests

Resident Request
At the push of a button your resident can submit a fault with a description and a photo to GRBM or they can submit a general request. Our offsite building management team will attend to all requests. It is that simple.

Strata Committee Request
Using the GRBM App, the Strata Committee can submit an emergency fault or a general request with a photo to GRBM. We will quickly arrange an approval from your Strata Committee and emergency rectifications will be quickly resolved to minimise breakdown times and maintain your buildings integrity.

Emergency Request
All requests from Strata committee members and general resident request are monitored for a quick response. Each request can be escalated as an emergency at the click of a button when submitting. Emergency requests are received by GRBM’s General Manager as an SMS 24/7.

Weekly Onsite Building Inspections
Grays Rescue Building Management will perform weekly inspections of all of our buildings. A full inspection of all residential levels, car parks, pits and pumps, lights, emergency exits, fire stairs lighting, lifts, hot water systems, gyms and recreational facilities. All highlighted faults are added to reports, and noted as requiring rectification.

GRBM Director Chris Gray Chris Gray has a Plumbing trade background with 11 years experience and is a leading Building Manager in the industry. His experience is across many sites including managing a property in Mascot NSW that is above and beyond the normal realms of Building Management. During his 5 years in Building Management, Chris’ major focus has been on a large residential & retail building which has experienced major defect investigations & multiple litigations, major repairs both AFSS & remedial and major building upgrades. Chris is considered instrumental to the success of these works.
