THE GREEN Property app is available as a free download.

It provides a platform for you to access a shortlisted of
a) residential property - terrace houses, semi-ds, bungalows, apartments, condominiums,
b) commercial property - office lots, shops, factories.
c) lands covering residential, agriculture and industrial.

These properties are listed for both sale or/and rent.
These shortlisted properties displayed for your viewing provide photos, basic information about the properties with facilities for viewers to choose either to arrange for an appointment or to contact the agent immediately.

THE GREEN Property App Features :
• Using Google Map to indicate the location of the property and the distance from where Viewers are.
• The properties are logically arranged for easy access.
• Emphasises on placing important options on the Home page to focus Viewers to find his/her interested properties from the start.
• There is a separate option to bring attention to Viewers the properties under ‘FIRE SALE” meaning these properties are sold at a low price either below market value or Bank evaluation.
• In the Home Page, there is also an option of encouraging the Viewers who want to participate in listing of their properties either for sale or rent. This is done by filling up and submission of the properties information in the Form provided.
• THE GREEN Property App also provide an on-the-spot estimate of the property loans using the built-in Loan Calculator.
• A list of property agent(s) is recorded in this App for Viewers to contact them for property inquiries or to make appointments to view their properties. The communication facilities provided are via phone call, email or even through Whatsapp chatting.
• For Viewers who are interested to find a service provider to handle their properties, they can contact the property agent to arrange for the needed service provider.

• To provide some simplified ideas on the interior designs of property to potential Buyers/Tenants, a few video clips are added to the THE GREEN Property App. These introductory videos are specially selected for their brief clips but enough to empower the Viewers with basic ID ideas.
A short video clip on upgrading the property is also included for a light moment of entertainment.
• Facebook link is included to facilitate visitors to access directly from the App.
• A Notepad is also included to enable visitors to jot down notes about any properties that they come across.
• THE GREEN Property App provides a simplified feedback option to encourage Viewers to offer their valuable feedback to this property centric App. This will enable the developer to better this App to be more user friendly and functional to provide Viewers with an up-to-date information for him/her to make an informed decision in buying or renting of his/her property.
• Important Government Ministries/Departments, Institutes and Authorities related to property matters are listed in an option called Government Websites. This option links the Viewers to these websites for reading up of the status of the property development and relevant rules and laws governing the property industry.
