GripServe

GripServe is a new subscription based service that looks to provide an easier way to manage your equipment, timesheets, invoices and income across all of your projects.

We currently offer 3 tiered levels of service; Individual, Team, and Pro

You can upgrade and downgrade your subscription level any time, providing access to additional levels of service as and when you may require them.


EQUIPMENT

• Create and manage equipment inventory items
• These can then be used to create rental items on a per project basis
• Create project specific rentals, charged by the hour, day or week


TIMESHEETS

• Create, Store and Email project timesheets
• Manage your whole team's timesheets*
• Track sent timesheets
• Your team members will be able to generate their salary invoices from these timesheets*


INVOICES

• Create, Store and Email Project invoices
• Track sent and paid invoices
• Create reports including all timesheets per project
• Add your company/business logo and details to your invoices**


PROJECTS

• Projects are the glue that hold timesheets, invoices and equipment rentals together
• Add your salary rate, and optional overtime rates, and let the app calulate the invoice for you
• Create project specific rentals, which can be included on your salary invoices, or on their own rental invoices
• Invite team members and manage their timesheets, saving hours of "back and forth" between you, your team, and production*

Price may vary by location. Subscriptions will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes Account. Your subscription will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will not be able to cancel the subscription once activated; however, you can manage your subscriptions in Account Settings after purchase, and/or turn off auto-renew at any time within your iTunes Account Settings. GripServe also offers one-month trials for monthly subscriptions.
