Groundfloor™ systems eliminate the need for a signature. Each time you make a delivery a digital signature is issued and the customer receives an SMS with a one-time PIN code. Their parcel is secure until they retrieve it at their convenience, with Groundfloor maintaining a complete delivery and collection history.
