GROW with Nature Play is the practical play app featuring heaps of things-to-do, tips, hints, and all sorts of information about how and why playing in nature can benefit your baby.
Designed for children 0 – 3 years old, the important formative years of a child’s life, GROW with Nature Play allows parents to plan age appropriate play lists that can help GROW their child's

The app also lets users create their own “Nature Play Village” by inviting others to join their play circle. And the GROW with Nature Play app lets you record your baby’s achievements so you never miss sharing a memory with family and friends.

Up to 30 children can be added to the app which makes it suitable for early childhood education providers and carers.

Developed with leading early childhood development research by Nature Play QLD, the community organization that advocates the importance of unstructured outdoor play for children., the GROW with Nature Play app supports both open-ended explorative play and directed learning through play.

Benefits to babies include improved focus, creativity and confidence, along with the development of fine and gross motor skills.

Babies who spend time outdoors in nature daily are more content and settled.

Studies across the globe have shown that unstructured play outdoors - “nature play”, delivers significant health benefits to children including cognitive, social and emotional development, and helps children build independence, resilience and creativity and directly leads to environmental awareness and stewardship later in life.

Nature Play QLD is part of the Australian Nature Play network including program founder Nature Play WA, Nature Play SA and Nature Play ACT.

The Nature Play network has an international reputation for innovative programs that increase awareness of the benefits of unstructured play outdoors and increased participation.

GROW with Nature Play has been developed by Nature Play QLD in consultation with the Nature Play network.
