The first application of the Enel distribution that allows you to quickly and easily get to know in real time the status of the network that feeds the electricity supply that interests you


How to use the APP:
Once installed on your device register is simple, after reading the "terms and conditions relating to the application service fault message" you are prompted for an e-mail and mobile number on which you'll receive a text message with an activation code to confirm. You can enter as supplies (up to 5) that you want to have information indicating the relative POD code (code that you find in the bill and begins with IT001E ...).
*** Warning: the activation code must be entered as it appears in the SMS (uppercase and lowercase characters are different) ***


What you can do:
- Insert and manage the supply of electricity on the same application (up to 5 different POD), as if it were a book
- Request information on the status of the power supplies to the POD electricity supply stated on the application
- View the history of requests for each supply of electrical energy recorded on the application
- Report outages on your power supplies, by answering to a survey about the status of your electrical system


Whenever you want and wherever you can know:
- If there is a power outage
- If there is a scheduled work in progress
- If you have applied the Emergency Plan, Security System Operator (PESSE)
