Guidant Global is a specialist outsourced recruitment provider and that means we do things a little differently. And we like to think, a little better.

Our recruitment teams work onsite within our clients’ organisations, which means we can give you direct access to their very latest jobs as soon as they come up.

The Guidant Global app will give you access to temporary jobs and shifts in the following specialist areas:

Guidant Global by Flexy, is free to use.

Before you can undertake shifts, you will need to complete an onboarding appointment to have your right to work in the UK validated. UK law states that we must check your right to work, so you must have a UK / EU passport (with at least 6 months validity) or a UK work visa. We are highly committed to driving inclusion in the workplace. If you require any adjustments to support you during the application process, please let us know.

Once you have completed onboarding and registration you can see shifts that have been reserved for you, book into available shifts for an assignment you are currently in and/or express interest in other jobs in your area. The Guidant Global by Flexy App, allows you to check in and check out at the start and end of a shift to create your timesheet to ensure you are paid quickly and securely.
