Apps Portal helps our Gulbrandsen Customers, Vendors, and Employees to access their related apps from a single app/place, avoiding the requirement to download multiple apps.

Before you can use this app, make sure your IT admin has set up your work account. Your company must also have a subscription to Apps Portal.

Key Apps:

Customer Portal - This is a secure App/website that provides your customers with a single point of access to company information that is relevant to them, such as policies, invoices, deliveries, and orders. A customer portal is available 24/7, 365 days a year on a desktop or mobile device such as a tablet, laptop, or smartphone. This App is accessed by Customers, Vendors, and Employees going forward.

Supplier  Portal - A Supplier portal, or also known as a vendor portal, is an internet-based eProcurement solution that allows companies to manage and connect with 3rd party suppliers of goods and/or services. Apps Provide easy access to the PO for the Supplier once received, Allows the supplier to confirm the PO, keeps a transparent log of each event associated with the PO. The vendor can confirm their booking and attach the invoices. This App is accessed by Customers, Vendors, and Employees going forward.

Crisis Management System - This App helps to record details of an incident, usually at a plant or in the process of transportation, that requires an onsite emergency response as well as immediate and long-term decisions, actions, and resources from the Senior Leadership. This App is accessed by Customers, Vendors, and Employees going forward.
 
SAP Mobile App - This App is developed to achieve a real-time usable inventory in SAP for Purchasing, Customers services ad Plant management to use to make decisions. This App is accessed by Customers, Vendors, and Employees going forward.

Statutory Management System - This App helps to manage effectively your Statutory documents with the renewal, auto mailer, and reminder facilities.  This App is accessed by Customers, Vendors, and Employees going forward.

Car Booking App  - This App helps to manage your organization's car booking requisitions with the auto mailer and status update. The vendor can confirm their booking and attach the invoices. This App is accessed by Customers, Vendors, and Employees going forward.
