KNOW THE WEAK POINTS IN YOUR LIFTS
Lifting with incorrect form reduces the effectiveness of an exercise. More importantly, it can often lead to injuries, especially with heavy compound movements such as squats or bench presses. GymStudio and its AI analyze your weightlifting videos and determine if they were done correctly.

Use GymStudio’s tools to understand your weak points, improve form, increase workout efficiency, and reduce the risk of injuries.

∆ 3 TOOLS TO ANALYZE YOUR LIFTING

> Symmetry Tool: Use this tool for upper-body exercises. This tool measures bilateral symmetry when you need to use left and right-hand sides in perfect synchrony (for example, the dumbbell shoulder press). Import a video of you doing the exercise, and the app will give a score for both vertical and horizontal symmetry.

> Squat Tool: Often considered the holy grail of weightlifting and powerlifting, the squat is one of the key compound movements where proper form is crucial. With our Squat Tool, you can measure your squat’s depth, hip height, knee angle, and knee over toe ratio. The tool will count the number of reps where your hips reach parallel depth with your knees.

> Bar Path: Trace the trajectory of a barbell for classic powerlifting exercises such as squat, bench press, deadlift, rows, and overhead press. A proper bar path is considered one of the key indicators of good form. See how your bar path moves compared to a straight vertical line.

∆ HOW IT WORKS
● Select one of the tools mentioned above
● Import a video of you doing the desired exercise
● The app will then use its AI to analyze your form and calculate metrics
● A video with graphics and visual aids will play (this depends on the tool you choose)
● Once the video finishes playing, it will be saved in your GymStudio Video Library for further analysis
● See additional metrics by swiping up on a saved video

Whether you are a beginner or a pro, GymStudio is here to help you achieve more symmetric lifts.
