HABIThealth
What is it about?
The HABIThealth pilot research app was designed by researchers from the University of New South Wales and Neuroscience Research Australia to investigate how every day habits might be used to create daily habitual physical activity in older adults with Mild Cognitive Impairment or Subjective Cognitive Decline. Respondents are invited to provide insights by completing short surveys, cognitive testing, and engaging in daily activity habits over a 12-week period. To help us understand more about how effective pairing daily habits with physical activities will be for increasing daily exercise, this app integrates with the Health app to request physiological information collected through the phone and an Apple Watch. This includes information about physical activity, hear rate and sleep. For more information on the study and how to register your interest in participating please visit the website. This study has been approved by the Human Research Ethics Committee of UNSW.
