Motivation explains the significance of the goal; Path breaks down the goal to prove its feasibility; Habit is the repetitive training that helps you overcome setbacks. Each practice session will improve your ability and boost your confidence until you overcome a difficult step.
In this app, you can list your life motivations, create the top goals you want to achieve, break down these goals, and form multiple to-dos and habits. As long as you complete these to-dos and habits step by step, you will gradually achieve your goals. Specifically:
- Motivation Tree: The app organizes your goals, to-dos, and habits in a directory-like structure, allowing you to clearly plan your life.
- Execution Panel: The app plans your daily tasks for you, and you just need to execute and check them off.
- Focus Mode: The app provides a focus mode that automatically records the time you spend completing tasks.
