● Record method

It is recommended by the Health Ministry of the Russian Federation and is indicated in official documents on the management of pregnancy in many countries. It can be used by everyone from 28 weeks at home to independently monitor the child's condition. In a special table, every tenth movement is noted from 9:00 to 21:00. ● Why count fetal movements

Therefore, relying on the mother's self-monitoring and grasping the changes in fetal movement every day, you can always know whether the baby is safe in the womb and find the problem early.

So, even if you are busy with work and family every day, gently touch your belly once a day to confirm the fetal movement. When you encounter situations such as "the fetus has not moved for a long time" or "suddenly stopped moving", you must pay attention to it and go to the hospital as soon as possible.

● How to prevent contractions during pregnancy

1. The mother-to-be must ensure adequate sleep. Once the body feels tired, it is best to lie down and rest immediately and keep quiet.
2. When doing exercises such as walking, gymnastics, etc., control the time and intensity, and stop immediately if you feel unwell.
3. Do a good job of keeping warm, especially the waist and abdomen, to prevent the body from getting cold, which may cause contractions.
4. Avoid bending over and pressing on the abdomen, and do not carry heavy objects for a long time.
5. Maintain a relaxed mood and don't put pressure on yourself.
6. When contractions occur, don't be overly excited, but calmly deal with them and use breathing methods to adjust.
