What is it about?

The Happy faces child care philosophy is based on learning through play. We would like to develop children’s social, emotional, intellectual, language and physical skills. Each child has unique characteristics that help to develop these skills. Each aspect of development is equally important and children learn better in an environment where there is trust and honesty. Also a safe and caring environment is very important for development. I would like to treat the children in my center like I would treat my own children and I would like to treat the parents in a way that I would like to be treated as a parent. I would also treat the staff in the environment like I want to be treated as a staff member.
