A fun-filled theater game! Laugh along as you work together to create short, silly skits and scenes on the spot.

This is an improv game. Improv is acting without a script. It's a game for family, school, and groups. The main goal is laughter!

Players create and act out a short scene between two players: a shop clerk and a customer. The players are presented with a humorous item to be returned to the shop.

It's a chance to be a ham!

IMPROV HINTS:
Before they begin, players may take a moment to think about their characters and immerse in an imaginary setting. Then, the players hit the ACTION button, and begin their scene. The story unfolds as each player offers ideas to build the plot. Players build an interesting plot by adding problems, twists, and humor. Humor can be found by exploring the unusual or exaggerated aspects of people, places, or things.

Each age group brings their own level of background knowledge and experience to the game. Older players can become role-models and encourage younger players.

THE GAME IS FLEXIBLE:
Most Hollywood Groove games are designed to be played in pairs. Yet, the games can be modified to suit larger groups, or even single players. Larger groups work together on the same game premise. Single players develop a monologue scene.
