The Have Your Say App looks to attain high standards of both procedural and behavioural H&S practice on Sir Robert McAlpine sites at Broadgate by providing an additional channel for operatives to report any safety observations, near misses and other issues. It also provides a mechanism for making recommendations, suggestions and putting forward ideas for good practice.
Currently in use at the following projects: 1 Finsbury Avenue, 100 Liverpool Street, 135 Bishopsgate and 3 Broadgate, main features include:
· Mechanism for encouraging operatives to report on near misses, safety observations, environmental issues and clean up requirements which in turn could prevent serious incidents
· Provides a channel for making suggestions, putting forward ideas and reporting on good practice measures
· QR codes enable automatic detection of location
· Easy to use form allows details and photos to be provided
· Contact details can be provided for feedback on actions taken and will automatically log details but also allows for anonymity if preferred
· Reinforces the Sir Robert McAlpine ‘Be Safe, Home Safe’ and Workforce Engagement messages
· Provides an easy to use and relevant method of communication which is an enhancement of current ‘Have Your Say’ card system
