• JUST SCAN TO IDENTIFY: Identifying the GPS unit you have in hand is as easy as scanning its barcode with the app. Or, you can enter its serial number or select it from a list of devices.
• FOLLOW SIMPLE CHECKLISTS. Get exact steps for your specific device, including detailed wiring and mounting instructions with useful notes and diagrams. Tap to check off each step and record your progress.

Register your GPS device to the equipment it’s being installed on.
• EASY SEARCH: Finding the right equipment in your list is fast and easy — just search by code or description.
• UPDATE METER: While you’re at it, record the equipment’s odometer and/or hour meter to update its record in HCSS Telematics.

~~~~~VERIFICATION~~~~~
Verify everything is working before you leave the installation site.
• CHECK FOR DATA: Verify the device is properly installed and reporting as expected.
• ADD NOTES: Record installation notes for your fleet management team and for future reference.
• ATTACH PHOTO: Snap a photo to confirm what was installed and where it was installed.
• EMAIL CONFIRMATION: Document the installation by emailing an auto-generated report to your fleet management team. Details include the installer name, verification status, registration info, meter reading(s), installation notes, and photo.
