This system was developed to help evaluate a person's general health, from the point of view of traditional medicine, and to introduce ways to improve and enhance one’s health.
Experiencing discomfort, aches and pains, or generally feeling less than healthy, without a specific diagnosable illness, is referred to as ‘subhealth’.
Generally, the symptoms experienced during ‘subhealth’ can be improved, or eliminated, using traditional medicine.
Of course, if the symptoms continue for a long time or get much worse, more conventional medicine may be required in addition.
