It is scientifically proven that most of these disorders can be treated with a healthy lifestyle, proper nutrition and, as a support, the use of targeted natural products, the "nutraceuticals".

The Health Coach will follow you step by step providing a personalized plan for your needs that includes: complete nutrition evaluation, personalized nutritional tips, diet formulation, functional nutraceuticals dedicated to your wellbeing, exercises and advices for a healthy and active lifestyle.

How does Cristallo Health Coach’s App work?
During your stay at the Cristallo Resort and Spa, the Health Coach will organize an appointment with you for a complete nutritional evaluation (including body composition analysis, nutritional status assessment, personalized nutritional advices and nutraceuticals) and will develop with you a customized plan, through different phases:
1) You will choose with the Coach the goals you want to achieve according to your needs:
- Depurate the body
- Gastrointestinal wellbeing
- Relief of muscles and joints
- Increase in immune defenses
- Fighting stress and insomnia
- Wellness of the urinary tract
- Find the silhouette
- Anti-aging and anti-oxidant treatment

2) The Health Coach will define with you a program of sport activities and wellness treatments you will follow during your stay in the Cristallo Hotel to achieve your goals.
4) You will receive a kit that includes the nutraceutical package proposed by the Health Coach, and a particular elastic to help you perform the physical activity sessions at home, to achieve your goals
5) You will have two appointments via Skype with the Health Coach to monitor the progress of your plan once you have ended your stay at the Cristallo Hotel.
