The dashboard provides you with a quick and easy way to see your health information that is stored in the Apple Health app (using Apple's HealthKit). You can also add data quickly and easily on the Graph screen. The Me screen helps you to quickly see all your statistics and how close your are to reaching your goals and targets.

Your phone can automatically track some health information and then you can use other apps/devices (or even manual entry in the Official Apple Health App) to see your Health information appear in beautiful user-friendly graphs and also a snapshot screen that give you a summary all on one page.
