Healthcare Value Stream Map

Learn how to quickly document current processes and queue times, identify opportunities for improvement, document metrics, and learn from the case studies.This app will demonstrate on how to collect data and identify opportunities for improvement and will allow you to create a value stream map "field report" to immediately share with employees. This app will ensure key process data attributes are collected and a “field" map is created to help determine an area of focus for an improvement project.
This app is designed to:
­ Convey the importance on data collection and selecting the right projects
­ Provide guidelines (or) steps to ensure the appropriate data is collected for further analysis and possible mapping to help identify areas of waste
­ Create customized value stream current and future state map, output it as a PDF, retrieve previous settings as needed
­ Record, assign, and track Action Items
­ Create and conduct an assessment, output it as a pdf, along with guidance on how to improve assessment scores
­ Provide Sensei Tips and case studies as additional learnings
­ Provide access to the Value Stream Map worksheet for customization
­ Create some interest or fun by providing a Lean Sigma puzzle
