The Healthcheques app is a comprehensive and portable collection of an individual’s personal medical information. It is like a filing cabinet for someone to keep all of their health data and medical history in organized health related categories on their portable device and to have it with them at all times. With the ability to store multiple profiles, it also means that someone could store medical information relating to all their family members, even including their pets. By answering a range of selected questions when prompted, an individual profile can be seamlessly created. Healthcheques is integrated with Apple's Health app and HealthKit. You can automatically import measurements like blood pressure, weight, glucose and other lab values in Health into the Test Results section of Healthcheques.

The design of the Healthcheques app is simple and it has an index of categories that require either optional information or medical data input. Privacy can be achieved by a password setting to open each category so that the level of access can be controlled by personal choice to a level of normal viewing when the app is open, or to a private level, which would require a password control.
