Healthier Kids, is an application for helping kids manage stress, wellbeing, and have a healthy lifestyle. The application is built for the Healthier Kids Foundation. The following are the details of the application
- Self-Esteem: Manage mental health by positive feelings - positive affirmation, write your personal feelings, and letter to friend
- Goals and Plans: Manage your personal goals, and thoughts on aspire to inspire
- Health Resources: Programs hosted by Healthier Kids Foundation to manage wellness for kids - 10 step, Smile First, Dental First, Hearing First and Vision First with video resources.
- Healthy Habits: Habits for kids to manage their well being - Habits, Yearly checkup, Safety tips with positive affirmation of the day
- My Hygiene: Customize and manage your routines - morning, afternoon and evening with tracking to manage your day, and the good deeds of the day
- Self-Help Resources: Actionable emergency contact phone numbers and websites

No data is collected through the Healthier Kids application. All data is local to the device, and no data is transmitted over the internet.

The application has been built by Simone Karani, under the guidance of Healthier Kids Foundation whose mission is to remove barriers impacting the health, learning and life success of Silicon Valley youth. Simone Karani is a Saratoga High School student residing in Saratoga, CA in US.
