HealthyMind&Life is an app that brings the cognitive and behavioral therapy skills to you. It is a convenient way to get the professional therapeutic dialectical and cognitive behavior skills coming directly from a licensed therapist/coach. With these skills you will learn what is the mind, how to cope with its symptoms and how to change unwanted thoughts or behaviors learned long ago. Rewiring the conditioned brain is the key to this app.
In this app, you will be able to cover topics such as cognitive awareness, emotions, communication, relationships, stress management through videos, audios and worksheets. You will also be able to track these symptoms through your own personal daily tracker, and you will also be able to chat with the therapist who will be coaching you throughout your journey. This app is confidential as well as a positive support which you can also chat with other members who are also walking through their journey through the community chat. You will have the option to keep yourself confidential if you prefer, however, you will have the same option to have a community support who will understand your journey.

The download of HealthyMind&Life is free of charge. There is no free trial. Should you use HealthyMind&Life app, we offer one of the following options:


Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account after the trial period and when a subscription renews. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing. One Time Payments will only be charged one time initially.
