Helge app is for 13-19 y.o. students. Helge asks you questions about your wellbeing, analyzes the data, and provides real-time insight on how you are doing. If you wish to share your data with your school, then the data helps your teachers and school support specialists focus their solutions to the most pressing issues.

How does Helge work for you?
* Respond the regular test questions about well-being at school;
* Based on the test results the app gives you feedback and recommendations about your situation;
* If you wish, you can journal about your experiences, create tasks and explore new ideas;
* Only if you wish, you may share your results with your parents or with your school.

Helge app can be used individually. However, it works best for you when your school has joined Helge programme. Get in touch with us to start testing in your school. By making data-based decisions, educators can improve the school climate. They can create new school practices that are better suited to the contemporary needs of youngsters by becoming more aware of the dynamics in the classrooms and preventing wellbeing problems.
