Sports is more fun with our Helios-app. For all the member for free. All you need is a Helios-account. The Helios-app lets you:

- Check and change your work-out by means of 3D pictures and demonstrations.
- Make your own work-outs.
- See timetables and opening hours
- Keep up your biometrics, daily activities and goals.

Je kunt deze app syncen met de Apple Gezondheid App. Wanneer je deze connectie activeert, worden je workouts in de Gezondheid app automatisch toegevoegd aan je activiteitenkalender.
