Hellovox

What is it about?

Hellovox is an App designed to help you easily organise good meetings. Its main features include simple date polls with deadlines, simple agenda creation and simple invitation of meeting participants. Hellovox also allows you to communicate essential information to participants through a practical information updates feed and through one-to-one messaging between meeting organisers and participants, if needed. Once meeting dates are fixed, they are written into your phone’s calendar (if you authorise the App to do so) so that everyone who takes part can easily keep track of it. If you want someone else to manage the meeting organisation, you can appoint one (or more) of the participants as meeting coordinators and they will be able to edit essential meeting information, create the agenda, invite participants, set the final date and more. In due time, more features will be added to continue to make it easier to organise good meetings.
