App Store Description

This app has been designed to help young children in the early stages of language development. The games aim to be engaging and interactive to encourage children to listen and learn language. Language models are provided across core vocabulary categories e.g. farm animals with a transport app in development. The vocabulary focused on forms part of the early words that children typically learn.

For example, Help me talk – farm animals focuses on the following vocabulary: cat, dog, cow, duck, horse, pig, sheep, goat, chicken, cockerel.

There are two levels within each app: modelling and receptive language. Children in the early stages of language learning need to hear words modelled many times before they can identify and comprehend something by name and later attempt to say the word.

There is a progress gauge to provide children and parents visual and verbal feedback on how they are progressing in learning and identifying this set of vocabulary.

Thanks for playing!
