Help System consente di configurare una serie di numeri telefonici via app da chiamare all'occorrenza semplicemente premendo dei pulsanti stand-alone o installati su maniglie e sostegni della collezione.
Il funzionamento di Help System è limitato ai soli prodotti OMNIA e necessita della presenza di una centralina connessa via Bluetooth ai pulsanti di richiesta aiuto
