heyKH creates communities for friends and visitors of the Kunsthalle München. Here you will learn all about the main works of the current exhibition "In a new light: Canada and the impressionism", have a say in the pictures and share their own texts, photos and videos, interview experts of the Kunsthalle, get in touch with other visitors and above all : Meet like-minded people and get to know each other!

heyKH is the new social network of the Kunsthalle München. It allows you to interact with other visitors in a whole new way. You can immediately start your own chat group or join existing groups, you can send private messages to individual friends or groups, before, during and after your visit to the Kunsthalle. The current version of the app is all about the "Canada" exhibition and is the place to be at the AfterworkKH events on 21.8., 18.9. and 16.10.2019 and on the "Re-Act!" on 24.10. Chat with friends and meet new people.

Discovery Mode
Point your phone at a painting marked with an audio symbol and you'll immediately be able to pull up an audio commentary to share your own ideas about the picture, or learn what others think.

The AfterworkKH story
The AfterworkKH story is a collection of experiences posted by people who are currently at the event. It's a feed of photos that shows you in real time what's going on. The Kunsthalle team can publish particularly popular stories from the story on a big screen and also share their own news, pictures and videos in the story.

Where am I and where are the others?
heyKH uses fingerprinting technology to track users' location, so you can see who's in the art gallery and send direct messages to your friends. If you want, you can also be made aware of it, if someone with similar interests as you has them in your area and arrange to meet with your "match" in the museum café ...


Note: Continued use of GPS in the background can significantly shorten battery life.
