We all need divine guidance about how to live well with others and how to have a good character
Hikumathuge 31 Dhuvas
What is it about?
We all need divine guidance about how to live well with others and how to have a good character. Young people especially need to know how to have meaningful, healthy relationships and how to be successful in all of life’s areas. Husbands and wives need marriages that will thrive. Parents need to know how to raise their children. What’s the best way to conduct business matters? What obligations do we have toward the poor? There are dangers to avoid too, such as adultery, financial debt, laziness, and bribes. These matters of everyday life have been addressed by one of the wisest men who has ever lived, King Solomon. Allah gave him extraordinary wisdom and insight. Solomon used that God-given wisdom to collect and compose proverbs to give others guidance that has stood the test of time. Now, Solomon’s proverbs are available in Dhivehi Bas (Maldivian) in the form of daily readings in the Hikumathuge 31 Dhuvas (Thirty-one Days of Wisdom) app.

(“Fear of God is the foundation stone of wisdom.”)
