That's where Hire can help. It's a single point for where you can be sent and manage jobs you might be interested in. When you run the app you also get a ~HireID~. When recruiters and employers know your HireId, they can send jobs right to you and you can provide them feedback if you are not interested so they can key into what you are actually looking for.

If you are looking for candidates, Hire is the perfect place to start. Let's face it, you're not just trying to fill a job, you're trying to create a relationship with a talented individual. Connecting that person to right opportunity for them is a win-win situation. Creating a Job in Hire is so easy and so is sharing it with potential candidates.
The real benefit is that you're contacting the candidates in a medium they encourage and then they can provide you feedback to help narrow your search and also to build that relationship.

Every user is allowed to create and share one new job per month. You can upgrade to a Premium account and create and share up to 100 Jobs per month. To subscribe, visit the "Premium" item under the More section of the app.
