The Client app is for Agencies who supply medical staff to Hospitals, Community Hospitals, GP practices and Care homes. Every job booking is not just revenue for the agency but also an important for the safety of the organisations the medical staff work in. So a real 24/7 system for agencies can make this happen.

The agency can add their candidates and manage the compliance using the secure, document management system. With multiple compliance trigger points which sends notifications to both agencies and Candidates, documents can be kept up-to date by both.

Candidates add their availability manually or by linking their Google Calendar sync. This avoids unnecessary calls by agencies asking for Candidates availability and both a lot of time and effort.

Automated matching using both Availability and Compliance data allows the Platform to show the very best candidates available for the job, as soon as the job is posted. Jobs can be offered to be best match which usually is accepted by the Candidates as it matches their full requirement too. This means less phone calls and waiting around for people to respond back by phone calls.

Managing applied and booked jobs is easy as it can be too with all job management can happen on the go. Candidates can be kept up-to date about the payment status too.
