The holistic smart café is a standalone application which aggregates contact information from multiple sources.

The holistic smart café answers the following questions:

- Where do I find my contacts’ data?
- What is the email address and phone number?
- Where is this contact located?

The holistic smart café offers information and one click communication from a business card for every contact.

The following sources can be configured per user:

IBM Connections (on-premise and Cloud)
Microsoft Exchange (on-premise and Office 365)
IBM Domino Address Books
IBM Notes Databases
ActiveSync (i.e. IBM Notes Traveler)
XING
iCloud (Apple Contacts)
LDAP
Windows Dynamics CRM
Salesforce
SugarCRM

Data sources are searched simultaneously. Results are shown on the fly.
All sources are accessed using the personal access credentials or the access credentials of a technical user.

The user interface is currently available in English and German.
