Homeless Survey App

App for counting those experiencing homelessness and reporting size, location and condition of homeless encampments. Instead of processing all intake forms via email and paper forms, volunteers simply download Homeless Survey app, register and complete a survey of encampments.

With Homeless Survey App,
- Survey volunteers can easily indicate location of encampments by clicking on a map
- List number of people observed to be experiencing homelessness
- Indicate what services are being requested at the encampment
- Respectfully take photo of the encampment with permission given by the unhoused person.
- Dynamic dashboard for monitoring active homeless encampment within CoC area.
- View number of days an encampment has been active
