HomeMatch has rethought the apartment search. In contrast to classic real estate portals, you don't have to actively search for apartments with us. The HomeMatch algorithm will now do this for you. He looks for apartments that meet your requirements and suggests that the respective landlords invite you to view the apartment. If the landlord agrees to our algorithm's suggestion, the apartment will be displayed to you in the app. If you like the apartment on offer, you can arrange a viewing appointment in the app and then apply digitally. You always have control over your data because you can gradually collect and release the information in your user profile.

Entering a search request is free of charge. If you find an apartment through HomeMatch and receive a rental agreement to sign, we will charge you a performance-based placement fee. The amount depends on the location of the apartment and is between CHF 79 and CHF 279.
