Hop Skip and Thump - LITE

Hop Skip and Thump is fun, little strategy game ... but then the Thump monsters join in. Uh-oh!

This is a deceptively tricky, family-friendly game where you hop around a board collecting points, all the while avoiding the playful Thump sprites chasing you. You play the game as a rabbit named "Hop". Your AI opponent is "Skip". The object of the game is to jump around on the game board, collect points, and outscore Skip. For most levels, there are additional, playful AI creatures on the board. They add the "Thump" to the game.

Thump sprites move around, some randomly and some with a purpose. There are green, yellow, and red Thump sprites. The green ones wander around the board and occasionally get in your way. Yellow ones actively try to block your jumps. The red ones are the worst. They block you and also touch you, causing you to lose a turn.

To play well, you have to adapt to the ever-changing game board. You must account for Skip and the Thump sprites so that you avoid being blocked or forced into a bad move.
