Hopoclock

Hopoclock is a flexible scheduling platform designed to streamline how groups coordinate and attend events. Instead of relying on rigid time slots and calendars, Hopoclock uses a four-stage system that adapts to each group’s needs in real time:

Proposal – Any user can propose a time and agenda for a potential “hop session.”

Confirmation – A second user must confirm the proposal for it to become an official session. If the proposed time doesn’t work, a new proposal can override the existing one.

Hopoclock Approaching – Once a session is confirmed, participants can mark their attendance, indicate late arrivals, or change their plans before the scheduled hop begins.

Hopoclock – It's time to hop! At the scheduled time, participants can continue to update their status in real time. The session ends either when users choose to end it or automatically after two hours.
