Our principals: As a yoga school our focus is on the long lineage-history of the yoga stemming back from India and the holistic benefits of the yoga. We add services that are beneficial, enjoyable and complimentary to the hot yoga practice (Power Yoga/ Pilates / Restorative Yin Yoga). Our objective is to support and enrich people’s lives with health and wellness in a safe, positive environment.
