What is it about?
The HotelGuest/APP creates a digital connection between the hotel guest and the hotel staff during the stay in the hotel. With their own smartphone, which the hotel guest carries with them, they have access to a variety of useful functions and information about the hotel during their stay. Thus, the guest has influence / access to his room status at any time, can report repairs and emergencies or gets electronic access to his hotel room (if available in the hotel). The hotel management can send special offers such as a welcome drink or messages to the guest digitally at any time.

The HotelGuest/APP is a product of the TourismusSuite product family. The products are designed to digitally optimize the communication between the hotel guest, the hotel employee and the hotel management. To get the full functionality, the HotelGuest/APP is used together with the HotelStaff/APP. There, the hotel employee can directly view and process repairs reported or room statuses set by the guest or redeem digital vouchers. Just search for HotelStaff/APP here in the App Store.
After starting the HotelGuest/APP and clicking through the intro, you will be asked for a valid reservation or a user account to get access to the functions. You will receive the access data together with the electronic reservation confirmation or directly from your participating hotel.
