１．パルスサーベイ
「今日の調子は？」といった簡単な質問に毎日答えてもらい、新入社員のココロとカラダの状態を定点観測、グラフで見える化。
いつもと異なる動きがあれば、上司へアラートを通知します。
２．アンケート
入社3ヶ月後・半年後・1年後といった節目に、会社や仕事、上司や同僚に対して社員がどう感じているかアンケートを実施。どれくらい会社に馴染めているかを明らかにします。
３．ポジティブポイント
HR Ringアプリ内のコメントに対し「いいね」や賞賛スタンプ等で反応したり、日頃の感謝の気持ちをポイントとして付与しあえる機能です。お互いに賞賛しあえる文化を醸成し、チームパフォーマンスを向上させることができます。
