The purpose is to revolute and increase efficiency in transporting patients in emergency with Multiple-Stakeholders Tele-Medicine and GPS Tracking System. Rescuers or emergency staffs can communicate and send case to consult the ER doctor at the hospital to get proper initial treatment and prepare for further treatment immediately when the patient arrives the hospital. This helps to reduce the loss rate that may occur during the transportation.
