We are leveraging emerging technologies to solve mobility problems specifically in urban settlements by employing transportation models such as ride-sharing, bus-pooling, and park and ride.

The mobile app is set to redefine bus-hailing transport service in the Sub-Saharan Africa region with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and a seamless commuting experience.

HUBRYDE PRODUCTS:

• Ride-sharing: We aggregate travel demand from commuters in the same location heading towards the same destination.

• Subscription Bouquet: This is another first from the stable of Hubryde. This is the newly developed booking and payment plan, that allows Hubryde customers to access the “Pay-As-You-Ride” service. The bouquet has series of plans that you can enjoy; from Eazy-Go! (Daily) to Quartz (3-month Transportation plan). It allows you to Save More and spend less on commuting whilst enjoying our smooth ride.

• H-FORCE (Hubryde Salesforce): H-FORCE is a salesforce initiative designed to support our community and enable individuals to earn up to N150,000 monthly by actively engaging their network to subscribe to Hubryde transportation services.

• Multi-Pax Subscription(NEW): A subscription-based transportation service that allows a group of 6-27 people moving in the same direction to connect, plan and commute seamlessly.

• Bus-Hire: Our bus-hire services are exclusive to you and suitable for any event – Owanbe, reunion party, Picnic, office retreat, or team-bonding session.

• Corporate-Platform: This platform allows an organization to sign-up and allocates ride fares to all their staff, making them more highly productive and motivated to do more.


HOW TO USE THE APP:

• Download Hubryde Mobile App

• Sign Up on the App (follow the prompts and input the necessary details).

• Fund your personal wallet or access your multi-pax wallet via;
- Account Transfer
- Bank Transfer
- USSD method
- Debit card method

• Request your ride:
- Select nearest pick-up and drop-off bus-stop
- Indicate the number of seats (you can request up to five (5) seats for you and your friends)

• FLA accepts your request and you would receive:
- Your “ride access code” which will enable you to verify and ascertain that you are boarding the right bus and access the bus.
- Contact details of your FLA
- Information on the vehicle
- Estimated ride fare
- Estimated travel distance and time (ETA to destination)
- Confirm trip request

• The bus arrives at the closest bus stop to you:
- Verify your “ride access code” with the FLA and enter the bus
- Arrive at your destination safe, comfortable and joyous.

• End Trip and share feedback (starting with the Driver, FLA, Vehicle and overall trip experience).
