This app functionality is designed for missionaries or medical partners to register patient information, view patient information, search patients, add consultation details, add surgery details, and add post-op details. The user is allowed to edit patient information as well.

HumaniTerra International, created in 1999, is an NGO specialized in humanitarian surgical care.
Our goal is to help countries and populations emerging from economic and human crises to rebuild their health care system sustainably. HumaniTerra is committed to three fundamental and complementary actions
For that purpose, Humaniterra Mobile App is designed to help gather relevant information about the surgical procedure done on patients during our missions. Doctors, Nurses, and medical partners can create, view, and update data about the medical procedures done by our partners.
