i-Neighbour-D is a centralized platform for property developers, residents and management to effectively communicate with each other. The key features of i-Neighbour-D:

Defect Report
Residents can report defect items within their neighbourhood and unit through this feature. A hassle-free process for residents to perform defect reporting without having to go to the Management Office. Similarly, residents will also receive updates and alert on the latest status of their reports.

Key Collection
This feature allows residents to book Key Collection appointment with the property developers. Residents can select and book a slot, without having to submit any form or present at the Management Office. Once the application has been submitted, property developers will then be notified regarding the appointment. Likewise, residents will also receive an alert whenever the status has been updated by the property developers.

E-Documents
Sometimes there are important information that property developers need to address to the residents. This is where this module comes in handy. Developers can share information with the residents and the info will be available in the app. Easy and convenient.
