You can get information about the system through the application and manage your membership processes.
1. You can list the bike stations from the nearest point or from the farthest point to your location.
2. On the map, you can see a list of all stations, the number of bikes available, and the number of spaces available.
3. You can get directions to the bike station that you chose.
4. If you have never been a member before, you can subscribe immediately via your phone.
5. Through your credit card, you can rent bicycles using provision feature.
6. You can log in with your membership information and see the membership details.
7. You can load credit to your existing account with your credit card and order a membership card.
8. You can view your cycling history as a list, view details of a usage, how many hours you are cycling.
9. You can view the history of your past payment.
10. You can change your Isbike Web or membership card passwords through the application.
11. If you have sufficient funds in your account, you can rent bicycles by requesting a single-use password.
12. You can send us the problems you have encountered by using the fault reporting form.
13. You can ask questions or suggestions from the contact form.
