Sleep Well is an application developed in collaboration with a sleep specialist. It is a smart alarm clock that will play the role of coach by warning you when it's time to go to bed so you can have a restful sleep. The times when you need to go to bed are initially calculated based on your physical characteristics, and then they will be optimized to fit your sleep needs during a personalized program.
The personalized program corresponds to the first ten days of use of the application during which Sleep Well will compute your sleep cycles duration thanks to the quality of your sleep.

You just have to mention to the application if you wake up before that the alarm rings (via the "I'm Awake" button of the Sleep Well notification) and mention your feelings about the quality of your sleep (later in the day, another notification will ask you this information). At the end of your personalized program, sleep time proposed is adapted to your own sleep and no further information will be required. You will have on your smartphone a personal coach that mentioned you when you need go to bed in order to have a good sleep.

Know that your custom program may be restarted whenever you want using the "Settings" menu of the application. We also recommend you to restart your program when something has changed in your life (stress, holidays). Also note that the best period to launch your personalized program is after few days of vacation until the end of your holidays.
