iACE: identify, Assess, Communicate and Escalate

This interactive training module is designed to provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to maintain a safe workplace during the provision of support services. Upon successful completion of this module, you should achieve the following learning outcomes:

Is able to identify and assess immediate, arising and new risks relating to the work environment, changed circumstances and client equipment
Understands how to check equipment before use for safety
Is able to understand and manage client expectations and communicate safety concerns to clients and their families
Understands reporting requirements and the role of support workers in escalating safety issues
