To use this app effectively!
The translator section is used for searching & translating MULTIPLE words. Do not search for 1 single word in this part. If you need to search for a single word, use the dictionary section.

Depending on the device your using searching a single word in the translator section may cause the app to close.
However, if you follow these steps, the app will not close.

if you insist on using the translator section to search for words, just type another word with it. Example, if you want to search elephant. Just type in: A Elephant or The Elephant. As long as the translator section sees two words it will be fine.
Again, single words please use the dictionary section.

Some people have left bad reviews based on not understanding how this application works.

In addition, you should always make sure you have the latest software version from Apple, loaded on your device!
any issues, please contact our support department and we can get you up and running!

The app is a very large file, it can take a very long time to download. If your having download issues, it is not an issue with the app. Its best to download the app directly to your computer and then sync the app to the computer.

Please be patient when installing this app. It can take anywhere from 10 minutes to 40 minutes depending on your network and your computer.
